Soulmate Studio Account & Data Deletion Request

If you’d like to delete your Soulmate Studio account and data, you can do it in-app or by email.

Delete in-app (fastest)

• Open Settings → Delete Account inside the app.

• This deletes your account and all associated data (quiz responses, generation requests, portraits, vibes, variations, persona details).

 

Request by email (partial or complete)

Email sunita@mapspulse.com with the subject “Delete my Soulmate Studio account” and include:

• The email you used to sign in (or note if you used Google/Apple)

• What you want deleted: complete (account + all data) or partial (describe the data to remove)

• Any extra details to help us locate your account (e.g., a screenshot of the account details mentioned on the Settings Page)

 

What we delete

• Authentication record

• Quiz responses and generation requests

• Generated portraits, vibes, variations, persona data in Firebase

• Cached thumbnails/metadata tied to your account

 

What we keep

• Minimal transactional logs for security/audit, retained only as long as necessary.

 

How long it takes

• In-app deletion: immediate request; backend unlinks associated data. Complete removal of data from the system may take up to 48 hours.

• Email requests: processed within 7 business days with confirmation.
