Soulmate Studio Terms of Use

1. Overview

Soulmate Studio is a creative application that uses quizzes, generative services, and Firebase Cloud Functions to produce partner portraits and vibes (“Content”). The App is provided by MapsPulse Apps (“we”, “us”, “our”).

 

Based on your preferences and interests, Soulmate Studio helps you imagine and explore what an ideal future partner might look like through creative AI visualization.
Answer a few simple questions, and we create fictional AI-generated images based on your selected traits, styles, and preferences. This experience is designed to support imagination, creativity, and manifestation as a mindset—just for fun.

 

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and capable of forming a binding contract in your jurisdiction. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.

 

3. Accounts

• You must sign in with a supported provider (Google or Apple) to access core features.

• You are responsible for the security of your device and login credentials.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the service (e.g., automated scraping, fraudulent usage, reselling output).

 

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload harmful, offensive, or unlawful material.

• Attempt to reverse engineer our services or bypass technical safeguards (App Check, rate limits).

• Use the App to impersonate others or generate non-consensual imagery.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our infrastructure.

 

5. Generative Content

• Generated portraits and personas are for personal entertainment.

• Generated portraits and personas are AI-generated fictional content and do not represent real predictions, guarantees, or matchmaking outcomes.

• We do not guarantee accuracy, uniqueness, or suitability for any commercial use.

• You retain personal use rights to the output, but we may store the data to improve the service and enforce policies.

 

6. Subscription & Fees

The current version offers a free tier with limited generations. Future paid tiers or subscriptions may be introduced, and we will notify users before charging any fees. All sales are final unless required by law.

 

7. Privacy & Data

Refer to our Privacy Policy for details on data collection, usage, and retention.

 

8. Third-Party Services

Soulmate Studio relies on Firebase, Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, and related cloud infrastructure. By using the App, you also agree to their standard terms and policies.

 

9. Disclaimers

• The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

• Soulmate Studio is for entertainment purposes only.

• All images and descriptions are AI-generated fictional content and do not represent real predictions, guarantees, or matchmaking outcomes.

• We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

• Output content may not match reality; treat it as fictional.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App or generated content.

 

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold MapsPulse Apps harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the App, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

 

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations, fraudulent activity, or technical/security issues. Upon termination, your right to use the App ends immediately, but sections related to intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability survive.

 

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.

 

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice or email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
